The Manchester 1.5k, 5k, 10k and Half Marathon MoRun - Heaton Park, Manchester
The Manchester MoRun is a series of chip-timed runs held at Heaton Park, The Bowl, Manchester on 22 November 2026. The event supports Movember and raises awareness and funds for men’s health issues including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

The event includes full race chip timing, unique medals and an exclusive MoRunning headband for participants. Course services include water stations, finish line sweets, marked and marshalled routes, medical cover, trophies for winners and spot prizes such as best dressed and fastest Mo. Results are published instantly and both gun time and net time are provided.
Course notes: the route around Heaton Park mixes path and trail and is undulating. It is dog friendly and broadly ok for buggy running though some sections can be bumpy or muddy. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs and includes two road crossings to be negotiated with care. The 5k is one lap, the 10k is two laps and the half marathon is four laps plus an extra 1.1 km section.
Event hub and logistics: the hub is in the Bowl near the Farm Centre. Toilets and limited bag storage are available on site. Parking is available onsite but limited; several park entrances use the M25 postcodes shown for sat nav. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
