About the race
The Tap O’Noth Hill Race, organized by Insch Trail Running Club, is a scenic hill running event held in Rhynie, Aberdeenshire. The main race covers 7.5 km with 390 meters of ascent, classified as an AS category hill race, and is open to runners aged 18 and over. A junior race for ages 12 to 17 spans nearly 5 km with about 200 meters of ascent and is free to enter.
The course features a route through fields and heather up to the trig point on Tap O’Noth hill, with marked trails and marshals ensuring safety.
