Sydney Trail Series - St Ives
The event takes place at St Ives Showground and uses the trails of the St Ives Wildflower Gardens and nearby Ku-ring-gai National Park. Routes include single-track sections along Cowan Creek and sections of steep, technical terrain on the long course.

- 7KM
- 10KM
- 24KM
There is parking available at the showground. Nearest public transport stops are Mona Vale Road at Rosedale Road and opposite St Ives Showground; early services can arrive from around 5:30 am.
Aid stations are located on each course. Locations by race:
- 7km course: 4km aid station
- 10km course: 4km and 7km aid stations
- 24km course: 4km, 6km, 12km, 19km and 21km aid stations
Cut-offs apply on the long courses at Aid Station 2 Warrimoo Trail Timbarra Road with a 3.5 hour limit for the 24KM course and a 4.5 hour limit for the 30KM configuration.
A recovery station at the finish provides fruit, Tailwind Nutrition and water, plus bacon and egg sandwiches on the BBQ. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers in each event. Series prizes are awarded at the final race for top three total times for eligible series entrants.
