Swinsty & Fewston Lakeside Dash
The event follows a 6.7-mile reservoir loop around Fewston and Swinsty, running on well-maintained trail paths through woodland and countryside. The course is undulating and includes off-road terrain and quiet tracks with autumn colours and reservoir views.

The course is fully marshalled and signed, with feed and drink stations roughly every 3 miles. Runners receive a bespoke finisher medal and post-race refreshments. Public toilets are available at the car park and convenient pay-and-display parking is located next to the registration area; council parking charges may apply.
This is a TRA-licensed event. The organiser operates a cup-less system at aid stations, so participants should bring a reusable cup or bottle. Road shoes are recommended. Headphone use is restricted for safety: over-ear headphones are not permitted; bone-conducting or one-in, one-out in-ear headphones are allowed. There may be unmarshalled road crossings on the route.
Transfers and deferrals can be self-served via the organiser’s website free of charge; if the organiser processes a transfer, a £5 administration fee may apply.
