About the race
The TOCA 5K Run/Walk is the fourth annual fundraising event for the Toca Juniors Football Club held at the Toca Juniors Soccer Complex in Maryland. The program includes a timed cross country-style 5K, a short nature walk, and a kids caterpillar run for children ages 8 and under. The course for the 5K will be marked and timed and will have water stations. Awards are planned for the top male and female runners in each age group.
Event registration opens in August 2026 and closes on October 11, 2026. Fees listed for each event are: 5K $35.00, Nature Walk $30.00, and Caterpillar Run (ages 8 and under) $15.00. Registration includes a race day T-shirt, a bib with runner identification number, a food voucher, access to the runners tent snacks, and a finisher medal.
Bibs can be picked up in advance at 8900 Transue Drive, Bethesda MD 20817 on the days before the event; extremely limited race-day bib pick-up will be available at the venue. After the event there will be an after-party with music, food, and drinks. Proceeds will benefit the Toca Juniors Football Club, with a portion earmarked for the neurodiverse Smiles Soccer Program.
