Straddie Salute Triathlon Festival
The Straddie Salute is a weekend triathlon festival held on Minjerribah, North Stradbroke Island. The program features swim, bike and run races across different formats for a wide range of participants, and organisers state the event welcomes people with extra needs and para athletes.
The event is run as a not for profit, hosted by QYAC and Redland City Council alongside NX. Local community organisations volunteer at the event and receive community grants of up to $1100. Organisers also work with local and youth workers during event planning.

- Straddie Pure: Swim 750m, Cycle 25km, Run 8km
- StraddieKidz Discover: Swim 100m, Cycle 2km, Run 500m
- StraddieKidz option: Run 500m, Cycle 2km, Run 250m
- StraddieKidz option: Swim 100m, Run 500m
- Ocean Swim: 1000m and 500m
- Adventure Run: 10km and 5km
