UNBROKEN Team Trail Marathon : Alexandra Hills, QLD
UNBROKEN is a team-focused trail running event held at Hilliard State School with trail loops in the Scribbly Gums Conservation Area, Alexandra Hills, Queensland on March 27–28, 2027. The event offers team relay and individual trail race formats over measured loop distances.
Distances and formats include:
- 84 km team ultra (teams of two)
- 42 km team marathon (teams of two or four)
- 28 km teams (teams of four)
- 14 km individual trail race
- 2 km kids trail race
Teams run repeated 14 km loops; team members complete multiple loops to reach the event distance. Teams may compete in Mixed, All-Male, or All-Female divisions. Teams have up to 24 hours to complete the full marathon or ultra distances and runners must clear the course by the event end on March 28.
The event hub at Hilliard State School provides toilets, hot showers, shelter, a canteen serving hot meals, and a licensed bar. Overnight options for teams include camping or a paid glamping package with a bell tent and air mattresses. The weekend includes additional onsite features such as coffee, music, large games, and a festival atmosphere.
All participants receive an event trail cap and a handcrafted timber medal; loop completion is also recognised with rewards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
