Stompin Stigma 5K Fun Walk/Run
Stompin Stigma is a community run and walk held on October 24, 2026 at River Walk, 4150 River Walk Drive, Flower Mound, TX. The event is organized by WINNING THE FIGHT (WTF), which provides drug education, support, and resources to youth and families affected by addiction.
Course options include a 5K and a shorter route called the Riverwalk Circle of one mile. The event uses chip timing; chip timing is required to be eligible for awards. Awards are given to the overall Top 3 males and Top 3 females and to top finishers by age group, with age categories beginning at 12 and under and extending through 70 plus.
A pre-race packet pick-up is scheduled the day before at Century Insurance Agency, 4880 Long Prairie Rd, #100, Flower Mound, TX. T shirt pickup follows the size selected at registration; race day shirts are distributed on a first come, first served basis and may not be available in all sizes.
Registration includes standard and discounted pricing for students, teachers, military personnel, and first responders. The event also supports fundraising and team participation, with leaderboards and team pages showing amounts raised.
