About the race
CRC Leftovers Run takes place on December 20, 2026 at Josey Ranch Athletics Complex in Carrollton, Texas (1440 Keller Springs Rd, 75006). The event is organized by the Carrollton Runner's Club and WRATH Racing; non-members may register.
Distances offered:
- 1K Free Kid's Run, a quick loop around the pond.
- 5K Leftovers Run, one lap out-and-back on the green line.
- 10K Leftovers Run, two laps out-and-back on the green line.
The 5K and 10K courses are described as mostly flat. There is a water stop where the course crosses N Perry Road. The 10K is the 5K course repeated for two laps. Registration opens on September 30, 2026 and closes on December 20, 2026. Entry fees listed for the running events are $0.00 for the kid's 1K and $20.00 for each of the 5K and 10K races.
The event uses leftover race shirts, medals, and awards from other races that year. Food and refreshments include pancakes and coffee. A raffle and giveaways are scheduled after the run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
