Stokely Creek Trail Jam
The event takes place August 8 and 9, 2026 at Stokely Creek Lodge on the Goulais River. It includes multiple trail races, family activities, and lodge accommodation options.
Distances offered
- 1 km hill climb - 70 m elevation gain on Homerun Hill
- 5 km trail race - follows Stokely Creek then climbs to the high point at 3 km
- 23 km trail race - approx 850 m elevation gain and technical single track
The 1 km hill climb is a steep 1 km segment with significant elevation gain. The 5 km course runs mostly on double-track ski trails, follows the creek for about 2.5 km, then climbs to its highest point before returning downhill to the lodge. The 23 km course includes rocky sections, logs to scramble over, and mud puddles. Aid stations are located at 8.5 km (Robertson Cliffs) and 16 km (King Mountain). Participants are advised to carry water, food, and rain protection.
Other activities listed include a kids race and scavenger hunt, a dinner available for purchase at the lodge, a fireplace jam where participants may bring their own instruments, and a nighttime summit hike.
