Squak Mountain Trail Event 7 mile loop course
The event is a set of trail race options on Squak Mountain near Issaquah, Washington, with a parking location at 201430 Southeast May Valley Road. The course runs through evergreen timber and along creeks and includes a sustained climb with an advertised 3000 foot elevation gain.
Participants can choose among multiple distances:
- 7 mile loop course
- 14 mile course
- 21 mile course
Aid stations are provided along the route and include Gel/Gu, water, Gatorade, and first aid supplies. All registrants receive a long sleeve dry release race T shirt and a finisher medal. Winners in each event for male and female categories receive a Starbucks gift card. Event results will be posted on USATF and SammamishRunning.com.
