Inflatable 5K, Southampton, 31 July 2027
This event is an inflatable obstacle-course fun run held in Southampton on 31 July 2027. The course uses giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels and is not timed. Each lap of the course measures 2.5k and repeats the same obstacles.
Distances available:
- 2.5k : 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k : 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k : 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k : 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The 5k route includes three additional new obstacles for a total of 30 inflatables. The course features five music zones, a mid-route water station, event photography, medical cover, a finisher's medal for every participant, and a finish-line goodie bag and drink. Spectators can watch from a free designated area but must remain off the marked course and obstacles.
Participation details and on-site provisions are stated: adults are 16 and over, children are 5 to 15 and must be accompanied by a paying participating adult with a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Dogs are not permitted. Toilets are provided. Parking is charged at £5 per car and bag drop is available for £3 per bag with size limits and security searches.
