Skipton Sweetie Skedaddle Reverse
The Skipton Sweetie Skedaddle Reverse is a Trail Running Association licensed event run under UK Athletics rules. The event is based at Craven Leisure Centre and Aireville Park in Skipton, North Yorkshire, with the start area a short walk from Skipton train station.

- 20 mile
- Marathon
- Ultra marathon
Races take place on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal towpath over a flat, compact trail surface. Course formats are out-and-back or lapped depending on the distance, with continuous waterside views. The route is clearly signed and supported by marshals, with feed stations approximately every 3 miles. Road shoes are the suggested footwear.
Entries include a bespoke finisher’s medal and post-race goodies such as sweets, chocolate and cake. The event is cup-less, so participants should bring a reusable cup or bottle. A 6.5 hour cut off applies to all distances and participants must finish within this time. The organiser provides downloadable GPX files and permits bone-conducting or one-ear-only headphones; over-ear headphones are not allowed. Transfers can be managed online and close one week before the event. Parking is available in local car parks and nearby streets; the organiser requests avoiding the Leisure Centre pay and display.
