Santa Cruz Track Club Cross Country Challenge

The event is a two-loop cross country race covering 4.15 miles on the fire roads of the upper UC Santa Cruz campus. It is part of the Pacific Association USATF cross country Grand Prix series. The course starts and finishes at the open meadow above the UC Santa Cruz fire station on Chinquapin Road. Registration is located alongside the fire road above the small parking lot above the fire station.

Separate races are organized by division, including women's, men's masters, and men's open races. The published registration fee is $25.00.

Parking at the venue is limited. Primary parking is at the Crown College parking lot. Additional parking is available at the East Remote parking lot on Hagar Drive, which is just under one mile from the race course. The walk from the additional lot to the race start is uphill, so extra time should be allowed. Parking violations are strictly enforced.
