Mother's Day Run & Walk - Watsonville
The 43rd Annual Mother's Day Run & Walk takes place at Pinto Lake County Park in Watsonville, California on May 9, 2027. The event benefits Pajaro Valley Shelter Services and uses a professionally chip-timed course. All runs and walks start and end at Pinto Lake County Park, and computerized time results will be announced on the day of the event.

Registration opens October 1, 2026 and closes March 1, 2027. Registration fees listed for each event are: $20 for the 1k, $30 for the 5k, and $30 for the 10k. The registration fee includes an event T-shirt for the first 400 registrations. Additional event features include roses for mothers, refreshments and water, and a live DJ.
Awards and recognition are provided as follows: in the 5k and 10k there are medals for first, second, and third places and age-division medals by five-year age groups for male and female winners; overall gifts for the top three male and female finishers in the 5k and 10k; and accomplishment medals for all youth 12 years and under in the 1k Family Fun Run.
