Running of the Dead
Running of the Dead is a trail fun run and walk held on the West River Trail in Londonderry, Vermont. The event features a 5k course with a generally steady grade and a Day of the Dead theme; costumes are encouraged.
The route includes at least one aid station at mile 1.5 offering water and first aid. Spectators are best positioned at the starting area and the finish area.
Parking along the river side of West River Street is limited. Additional parking is available at Londonderry Town Hall (139 Middletown Rd), the Londonderry Town Office (100 Old School St), and Heritage Family Credit Union (2826 VT Rt 100). Attendees are asked to be respectful of neighbors and careful when walking to and from parking areas, as traffic can be busy in the area.
