Rule the Roost - Chillicothe, OH
Rule the Roost is scheduled for October 17, 2026 in Chillicothe, Ohio. It is the third annual edition and serves as the finale of the RunFluent Ohio Trail Series. The event is limited access and registration closes October 15.
The course is entirely trail surface. Trails are generally hard packed and wide, with some technical sections. The route includes overlooks and cliffs that are noted for fall colors. Aid provisions include full aid each loop and a hydration station mid loop. The venue is described as suitable for spectators and crew. Tent setup will be available Friday evening and packet pickup details are to be announced.
Distances offered include:
- 7K
- YOUTH 7K
- 12 hour solo
- 12 hour 2 person relay
Awards and finish items are specified. Awards include top three overall male and female in the 12 hour solo race; top teams in male, female, and coed categories; and top finisher male and female in the 7K. All finishers will receive a finisher award and a race T. The organizer is RunFluent LLC. The registration offer range on record is $23.50 to $215.43. RunFluent LLC does not issue refunds on race registrations; deferrals to future RunFluent events may be offered for the amount equal to the registration fee and deferrals must be made four weeks from the event date.
