The event is a 10 Miles multi terrain race around the Studley Royal Estate near Ripon, North Yorkshire. The course is undulating, completed as a single lap, and finishes on Hell Wath Nature Reserve. The race is limited to 400 entries and the licence status is listed as pending. The race is not suitable for wheelchairs and is unsuitable for dogs. Minimum entry age is 17.
Facilities at Race HQ (Panthers Football Club, Hell Wath Lane, Ripon HG4 2JT) include water, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no dedicated baggage storage; runners may leave bags at Race HQ at their own risk. Category prizes are listed for male and female age groups (SEN, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s) with possible awards for older categories depending on numbers.
Entry details state affiliated entries include a goody bag priced at £15 and unaffiliated entries at £17; entry on the day is not available. Early bird pricing applies for the first 100 entries held at 2026 prices. Late entries after 1 May 2027 may not receive a goody bag.
