About the race
Ridgy-Didge is a new trail running event on 27 September 2026 at Ridgeway Oval, Ridgeway Rd, Tasmania. The courses run through forests of silver peppermint and include a mix of tight single track and open fire trail, with views of the mountain and access to the bottom of the 100-year-old Ridgeway Dam.
There are three distances:
- 13 km enduro course
- 7 km sport course
- 3 km explorer course
Entries are open to open and junior age categories with separate pricing listed for adults and juniors. Registration closes 25 September 2026 at 23:59 and there were 171 remaining places at the time of the listing.
An Event Hub at the venue will offer activities for family and support crew, including games for children and coffee available from Bean and Leaf. The event is organised by Kunanyi Trail Series and is scheduled as an offline, in-person event at Ridgeway Rd. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
