Ravenna Refresher Trail Run

Ravenna Refresher takes place on November 21, 2026 at Ravenna Park in Seattle. The event offers three distance options:

  • 4k
  • 8k
  • 12k

All courses use the same 4.1 km loop. The loop follows nicely groomed forested trails through a ravine, with a low to moderate climb of about 230 feet per loop. There are a few steeper pitches, but much of the route is gently sloping as it moves up and down the ravine.

An aid station at the start and finish provides water, Skratch Labs electrolyte drink, and a selection of carbohydrate or salty foods such as cookies, energy bar pieces, gels, chews, chips, bagels, fruit candy, fig bars, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and bananas. Runners on the 8k and 12k routes will pass the aid station once and twice, respectively.

Parking at the mid Ravenna Park lot is very limited, with fewer than 30 spaces; nearby street parking north or south of the park is commonly used. The start area is in the meadow northeast of the small lot. Note that a nearby University of Washington home football game may affect parking.

The race is the second event in the 2026-27 Winter Trail Series. Youth runners under 20 receive a $10 discount. The event is USATF sanctioned and dogs are not allowed on course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
