Nottingham Pretty Muddy 5k
This event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Holme Pierrepont, Adbolton Lane, Nottingham NG12 2LU. The start and finish are on grass and the route uses a mix of path, grass and woodland trails. The course includes obstacles that require climbing, crawling and sliding.
Waves start every 15 minutes to manage participant flow on the course. Participants must be 13 years of age or older to take part; separate Pretty Muddy Kids events are available for younger children. A minimum fundraising target of £50 applies.
Parking is available at the venue with an event parking charge of £5 per car collected by the venue ANPR system; parking is limited. There is no designated drop off area, no blue badge parking, no electric vehicle charging points and no bike racks. Public transport options are limited and the site is not easily accessible on foot.
On the event site there are toilets and refreshments. Dogs are not allowed. The event is not suitable for pushchairs and is not wheelchair accessible. The meeting point is next to the Regatta Lake under the scoreboard; a what3words location is provided for the start area. Course maps are published but may be subject to change.
Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support materials and a Race for Life medal on completion. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
