Place Fell 15K

The Place Fell 15K is a semi technical 15 km trail race that circles the base of Place Fell on the shores of Ullswater. The course includes about 680 m of ascent and follows fully marked trails and footpaths around the valley.

The event includes one fully supplied feed station and manned checkpoints on the course. Electronic timing is provided by Open Tracking. Finishers receive a Wild Flower Seed Medal designed to be planted, and vegan salty soup is served after the finish.

The race is part of the Rab Helvellyn Sky Ultra weekend and takes place within a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Entries open on 04 October 2025 and entries will also be available on the day, Saturday 18 July 2026.
