Phoenix Gloucestershire You are all super heroes
The event is a timed run held in Stroud, Gloucestershire (GL5 4UN). It uses a 3.28 mile out and back route along the Stroud Waterways canal at Ebley Wharf. Participants may complete as many or as few laps as they wish within a full seven hour time limit.
Distances offered include:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
The format allows flexible start arrangements with a rock up and run system inside a one hour start window. Entrants can choose a different number of laps on the day and do not need to decide a final distance in advance. All finishers receive a bespoke finishers medal or memento. Both attended and virtual participation options are provided, and all participants in either option receive the medal.
Entry fees listed are £37.95 for affiliated runners and £39.95 for unaffiliated runners. Places are limited.
