Phoenix : Devon - The Hairy Hands
Phoenix Running Devon presents "Dartmoor Myths & Legends - The Hairy Hands" on Sunday 04 October 2026 at Mill Marsh Park, Station Road, Bovey Tracey, Devon TQ13 9AW. The route uses the Wray Valley Trail through the Parke Estate, following the River Bovey on riverside footpaths.
The event uses a lap format on a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back course. Participants may complete as many laps as they choose within the event structure, with a stated minimum distance of 3.28 miles or as far as they can go in seven hours. Each lap has about 31 m of elevation.

The organiser operates a flexible "rock up and run" start system to allow varied start times.
