About the race
The Long Island Lemonade Trail is a community 5K run/walk held at Blydenburgh County Park in Hauppauge, NY. The course mixes pavement, dirt roads, and hard-packed trails that are driveable by vehicle. Porto-johns are located near the finish line and additional bathrooms are a short walk from the start and finish areas.
Amenities include an informal bag check area, finish-line hydration, and refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Race-day bibs are available in person from event staff; a mailed bib option is offered for a $10 fee if registered at least ten days in advance. A virtual participation option lets entrants log a time and up to five photos during a one-week window beginning the first day of the event; event items begin shipping on that first day.
The event lists online recognition for top overall finishers and age-group top finishers in multiple brackets from 14 & under through 90+. Results are provided live online and by email or text, with same-day finish-line photos and free video. Parking guidance describes primary parking near Picnic Areas 1-5 about a half mile inside the Veteran's Highway entrance, plus secondary options at the boat launch and near the dog park.
