Mud Tribe
Mud Tribe is a muddy obstacle-course event held at Nuclear Mud Tribe in Brentwood, Essex (Great Myles, Kelvedon Hatch). The event offers two course lengths to suit different ages and group types and is presented with a family-friendly format.
The courses include a variety of obstacles designed to be achievable without significant upper-body strength. There are water obstacles but no full water submersion. Participants can go at their own pace; there is no chip timing. Finish-line provisions included in the entry price are a finisher medal, a hot wash-down, changing rooms, a bag drop and a free finisher photo (additional photos may be available to buy).
The event village features music, face painting and other on-site activities. Mud Tribe supports charity fundraising and is described as suitable for groups such as families, friends and corporate teams. Under-16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Practical information notes that Nuclear Mud Tribe is located near the Secret Nuclear Bunker event village in Kelvedon Hatch and is about 15 minutes from the A12, M25 and M11 by car; it is also around 15 minutes by taxi from Brentwood station or Epping Underground station.
