Lost Souls Trail Run
Lost Souls Trail Run takes place on Oct 25, 2026 at Rocky Hill Ranch, 578 FM 153, Smithville, TX 78957. The event offers four distances and has a maximum field of 500 runners. The overall event cutoff is 12 hours.
The course features small climbs and many rollers and uses loop formats for the distances. Loop maps exist for the 25k, 10k, and 5k routes.

Aid stations are located at approximately 5 km, 10 km and at the main aid station. All three aid stations are full aid stations and include drinks such as water, Gatorade, and electrolyte mixes; sodas; sweets and salty snacks; PB&J and bean burrito rolls; fruit; medical supplies excluding NSAIDs; and hot evening foods such as quesadillas and soups. The event operates cupless aid stations, so runners are expected to use reusable cups, bottles, or hydration packs.
Drop bags are stored at a tarp area at each aid station and are removed before the race begins. Pacers are not allowed. Distance changes can be made online until Wednesday of race week; in-person changes are limited and may be unavailable for sold out distances. Park entry and camping fees apply per day, and a park waiver must be signed before arrival.
All participants at each distance receive shirts, medals, and event swag. Top finishers receive awards for overall and masters categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
