Lost Lake 25K : Bellingham, WA

The Lost Lake 25K is scheduled for March 6, 2027 in Bellingham, Washington. Organized by Yeti Trail Runners, the event covers 25k on a true point-to-point trail between the Lost Lake Trailhead and the Larrabee State Park Amphitheater.

The course runs south through Larrabee State Park on singletrack built for flow. Runners will pass through old-growth evergreens, past alpine lakes, and along ridgelines. The terrain includes runnable miles, smooth descents, and several climbs. On clear days the route offers views of Mount Baker and Bellingham Bay and can extend into Canada; on misty days it presents typical Pacific Northwest conditions.

Chip timing is provided by Zen Arcade Timing, offering precise timing, real-time tracking, and live splits. Swag for participants includes a custom race shirt and a finishers medal.

Aid station details will be posted closer to the event. The organizer indicates there will be volunteer support and basic supplies such as water, electrolytes, and snacks. The event is described as welcoming to first-time trail runners as well as those with more experience.

The race takes place just outside Bellingham with nearby lodging and food options. The start and finish are approximately 0.2 miles apart. Weather in the Chuckanut Mountains can be variable, so trail shoes with good grip and layered clothing are recommended. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
