Last Chance XC Championships - Oak Ridge Park, Clark, NJ

The Last Chance XC Championships is a mid-November cross country meet held at Oak Ridge Park, 136 Oak Ridge Road, Clark, New Jersey. The course is described as a double-loop, pancake-flat route at Oak Ridge Park. The program includes a mix of open, youth, and championship races for different age groups.

  • Youth 3K (Grades 3-8)
  • 5K races including open, high school, and team events
  • 8K New Jersey Championships

Three high school team champions will be named: boys, girls, and co-ed. Team results are determined by times; schools that enter more than three runners will be assigned teams based on finish times (top three = A Team, next three = B Team, etc.). The high school 5K races are sanctioned by NJSIAA and NFHS; clubs and unattached runners are not allowed in those high school races.

Awards and entry details include medals to the top 30 in each 5K race and awards for the three team champions. Entry fees listed for the event are $20 per runner, $50 per high school team, $250 unlimited per gender, and $500 unlimited for both genders. Entries are due Tuesday, November 11.
