The 25K and 50K continue on winding forested trails; the 50K includes a long out-and-back to the Samish aid station and additional laps around Cedar Lake before rejoining the ridge route. Sections include steep, rocky, and technical trail with punchy climbs and descents. Course markings separate distances at several junctions, and participants should follow the signs for their distance.
Trails remain open to other users during the event, including equestrians, pedestrians, and cyclists. Finishers receive a unique handcrafted race award. Registration opens on November 9, 2026. The organizer states there are no refunds; options to defer, transfer, or switch entries are available with fees and deadlines. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
