Lake Wilderness Triathlon and Run
Lake Wilderness Triathlon and Run takes place at Lake Wilderness Park in Maple Valley, Washington. The event offers multiple formats on the same day, including triathlons, relays, duathlons and running races. Registration fees listed for the event include $100 for standard triathlons and duathlons, $60 for relay teams, $70 for the 10K and $55 for the 5.5K.

- Olympic: Swim 0.93 miles, Bike 27.54 miles, Run 6.36 miles
- Sprint: Swim 0.25 mile, Bike 13.76 miles, Run 5.5 miles
- Sprint relay: Swim 0.25 mile, Bike 13.76 miles, Run 5.5 miles
- Olympic relay: Swim 0.93 miles, Bike 27.54 miles, Run 6.36 miles
- 10K: route along Cedar River trail and Lake Wilderness with aid every 2 miles
- 5.5K: route along Cedar River trail and Lake Wilderness, a few rolling hills
Swims are held in Lake Wilderness with views of Mount Rainier. Bike courses run along rolling hills in Maple Valley and in some sections include Ravensdale. The run courses use the Lake Wilderness trail, a soft gravel path about 10 feet wide that follows the lake and the Cedar River. Packet pickup is available on race day; participants must present photo identification and packets may not be picked up for others. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
