Kiplin Hall & Gardens 10k
The event is an evening 10k trail race held within the enclosed grounds of Kiplin Hall, near Scorton, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 6AT on Thursday 8 October 2026. The route runs through formal gardens, woodland trail, grassland and lakeside paths, all within the estate boundaries.
Finishers receive a hot drink and cake; dietary requirements can be indicated on the entry page. Trophies are awarded to male and female 1st to 3rd overall and to male and female 1st to 3rd in each age group. The course is marked so no map reading is required; a course map will be available on the event website soon. The event is described as spectator friendly, with multiple passing points and refreshments available to purchase in the gardens.
Practical details published for the event include an entry minimum age of 18, entry fees of Affiliated £22.00 and Unaffiliated £24.00, and free car parking limited to approximately 220 cars. Technical T-shirts are offered as an optional extra at £12.00 each; orders placed before 31 September 2026 are guaranteed. Transfers of entries carry the original t-shirt selection unless edited; transfers after 31 September will receive the original size. There are no entries available on the day. A cancellation refund scale applies: 75% refund up until 12 weeks before the event, 50% from 12 to 4 weeks, and no refund within 4 weeks.
