About the race
The JW Corbett Trail Races take place on April 10, 2027 in Loxahatchee, FL, inside the JW Corbett Wildlife Management Area. The course uses the Ocean to Lake Trail system and is waymarked with orange blazes.
Entry into the event requires membership in the JW Corbett Running Club; entering the race serves as the membership for the club. Membership entry fees are directed to the Florida Trail Association Loxahatchee Chapter after event fees are paid. Registration closes on April 9 at 11:59 PM ET. Runners who register after 3/25/2024 will not be guaranteed a shirt in their size. Listed entry fees range from USD 81.70 to USD 139.60 across three offer options.
The trails are technical single track through remote and undisturbed Florida wilderness. Terrain includes wet prairies, cypress strands, hardwood hammocks, open meadows, and pine flat woods. Trails may be wet and are described as rugged and diverse. Participants should expect wildlife and wildflowers along the route. There is a 13 hour cutoff for all runners.
