Race logistics note that packet pickup details are to be determined; participants collect their bibs at packet pickup and receive their finisher shirt and finisher mug at the finish. The event is cup-less: aid stations will not provide cups, so runners should use hydration packs or handheld bottles with a large opening. Aid stations: Half Marathon - two full aid stations and one water drop; 10K - one full aid station. Filled water bottles will be available for finishers.

There is a race component with podium prizes: three female and three male winners per course, twelve total podium medals and prizes. Other event items in the program include weekend activities at Red Cliffs Lodge such as a ticketed dinner with a film premiere and a free community event with music, food trucks and a silent auction. The event notes no pacing or muling; violators will be disqualified. Survivors who sign up receive a complimentary yellow bandana at packet pickup while supplies last.
