The course is a repeated 5K loop that follows the Original Husky Challenge route as closely as possible, beginning and ending in the youth football field parking lot.
There are two regular self-serve aid stations on the course. 50K and 25K participants may set up a personal aid station in their car in the start/finish parking lot or inside a cooler or storage box in the start/finish aid station area.
Multi-lap participants (50K through 15K) receive a dog tag at registration that is punched on each lap to serve as a lap counter. A 50K relay is offered; each team receives a baton that must be punched after each leg, and team members receive their dog tags once the last person finishes. 5K participants receive a dog tag after finishing.
Packet pickup is available on race day. There is a hard evening cutoff for all participants; those who may be on course after sundown are advised to carry a headlamp. "One More Hill" tshirts and running hats are available for separate purchase. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
