Hacienda Hills Trail Run (Winter)
The Hacienda Hills Trail Run takes place on January 2, 2027 at Almaden Quicksilver County Park, Hacienda Entrance, 21785 Almaden Rd, San Jose, CA 95120. The event uses the park start/finish area and nearby parking areas.
The event offers multiple distances:

- 5K
- 10K
- 9 Mile
- Half Marathon
- 30K
- Trail Marathon
- 50K
All courses are primarily on dirt roads. Published elevation gains vary by distance, for example the 50K shows 7,129 feet and the trail marathon shows 6,122 feet; shorter distances have lower elevation gain. Courses are marked with ribbons, signs, gypsum or white chalk, and directional arrows; single-track sections are marked at their start and end.
There are multiple aid stations with toilets at Hacienda, Mockingbird, and Woods parking lots. Drop bag service is available for the 30K, trail marathon, and 50K, with collection before the race and transport to the Mockingbird aid station and return to the start/finish.
Parking is free in the unpaved Hacienda parking lot near the La Foret restaurant. Online registration is available through the morning of the race; entry fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event under the organizer's transfer policy. A discount is offered for active military and first responders. Technical shirts are available for purchase during registration or at the event if supplies remain.
