Hacienda Hills Trail Run - Winter
The event takes place on Saturday, January 2, 2027 at Almaden Quicksilver County Park, Hacienda Entrance, 21785 Almaden Rd, San Jose, CA 95120. The start and finish are at the Hacienda entrance and parking is free in the dirt lot at the back of the Hacienda entrance near La Foret restaurant.
Multiple trail distances are offered, with courses primarily on dirt roads and varying elevation gain. Overall time limits apply to longer distances, including a 9 hour overall limit for the longest course and shorter overall cutoffs for selected distances. Course markings include signs, ribbons, gypsum or white chalk arrows, and distance numbers. Bib colors are assigned by distance groups.
Aid stations are positioned along the route and most runners will pass them multiple times. Toilets are available at the Hacienda Entrance aid station, the Mockingbird Entrance aid station, and the Woods Parking Lot water stop. Drop bag service is provided for the 30K, Trail Marathon, and 50K with designated collection and return at the Hacienda Aid Station.
