Gisburn Forest 10km Trail Race
The Gisburn Forest 10km Trail Race is a licensed trail running event organised by Pendle Trail Running Club at the Gisburn Forest Hub near Slaidburn, Lancashire (postcode BB7 4TS). The event is scheduled for 31 July 2027 and is run in accordance with England Athletics rules and the Trail Running Association licence.
The course covers 10 km with approximately 184 m of elevation and follows forest and woodland trails normally used by hikers and bikers. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Male and female category winners will be recognised.
Entry fees are published in GBP with reduced and standard rates for UKA members and non-members. Entries are listed as opening on 1 February 2027 and closing on 16 July 2027. Optional event t-shirts are available to pre-order for £17.
Race entry includes a race memento and goodies, professional race photography, a fully flagged and marshalled course, professional chip timing, on-site refreshments including hot and cold food and drinks, and professional event safety coverage with first aid.
