Falls Creek Easter Fun Run
The Falls Creek Easter Fun Run is a community 5 km trail event held in Falls Creek, Victoria. The course covers 5 km with about 151 m of elevation gain and combines ski runs, mountain-bike tracks and singletrack through snowgums and alpine terrain.
The route starts at Slalom Plaza and climbs via Wombat’s Ramble toward the aqueduct, continues on Walking on Water and crosses boardwalks and Pretty Valley Road. Runners follow Turbine and Generator MTB trails, pass near the Haileys Comet chairlift, descend Broadway Ski Run, drop onto a grassy snowmobile trail through snowgums to the Big Fella water tanks, then follow Orys ski run back toward the aqueduct and return via Jump Start MTB trail to the finish. The finish area is at Slalom Plaza.
The event includes age-based categories: Little Legends (10 and under), Summit Strivers (11–16), Peak Performers (17–49) and Mountain Masters (50+), each separated by sex. The field is capped at 181 entrants. Basic first aid is available; advanced medical support may be some distance away. Facilities mentioned include on-site toilets in 1550 and public toilets on the Slalom Plaza stairs. Finishers receive medals and chocolates.
