EpicTrails 8 km Hunting out more trails
This is a guided headtorch trail run taking place on 8 October 2026 and based at Milngavie Train Station, G62 8PG. The route covers local trails including the Clyde Coastal Path and sections of the West Highland Way, along with other nearby paths.

The run is led by a qualified, experienced guide who is insured and first aid trained. These outings are organised as social runs rather than races; participants will regroup at points along the route, no one will be left behind, and pace will vary with distance and terrain. Group sizes are kept manageable for safety.
Participation rules note that dogs and people under 18 are not permitted due to insurance restrictions. Mandatory kit will be specified in the pre-run brief but always includes trail shoes and a headtorch; the organiser states that no kit means no run.
Entry costs are listed as £3.00 and total available places are 14. The activity is not for profit: funds first cover costs and any remainder is donated to a local charity on a periodic basis.
