EpicTrails 8 km guided run
EpicTrails offers a guided trail run of approximately 8 km on 23 July 2026, starting at Milngavie Train Station, G62 8PG. The route uses local paths including sections of the Clyde Coastal Path and the West Highland Way and visits other nearby trails.
A qualified, insured guide with first aid training leads the group. The event is organised as a social run rather than a race; participants will regroup at various points and the pace will vary according to the route and group. Group size is kept manageable to support participant safety. Total places are limited to 14.
Dogs and under 18s are not permitted due to insurance restrictions. Mandatory kit will be specified in the run brief and depends on the route and season; trail shoes are always required and participants without required kit will not be allowed to run.
The runs operate on a not for profit basis. Fees are used to cover event costs and any surplus is donated periodically to a local charity. Refunds are issued only if requested and no refunds are given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
