TriLending Eliminator 4/3/2km at John Landy Athletic Field
This event uses a handicap-based eliminator format held at John Landy Athletic Field, 230 Swanston St, South Geelong, 3220, Australia. Participants run two initial time-trial races and a final race.

All entrants compete in both the 4 km and 3 km time trials. Handicaps for those races are sealed and runners will be re-handicapped according to current form. To reduce congestion on the track, competitors start the 4 km and 3 km races in waves. Placings in those time trials do not determine qualification for the final; instead, the recorded times for the two races are combined and handicaps applied to select the 20 runners who will contest the 2 km final, which uses a normal handicap start.
After the racing, there is a presentation of the season’s awards, including the Sealed Series and the Championships, followed by a short annual general meeting.
