Dolphin Dash Trail 5K and Fun Run
The event takes place on the 100 acre campus of Sacred Heart Catholic School in Salisbury, NC. It includes two running options: a trail 5K and a short fun run for younger participants and families.
The trail 5K follows paths across the campus and passes several named locations including the Outdoor Learning Center, Athletic Complex, Stations of the Cross, learning gardens, the greenhouse, the school building, and the church. The course is on school grounds and highlights natural and built features of the property.
The fun run consists of two laps around the soccer field and is a shorter, field-based route designed for children and family participants.
Registration opens on 2026-09-29 and closes on 2026-10-30. Fees are listed separately for each event:
- 520 yards fun run, registration fee $10.00
- 5K trail run, registration fee $25.00
