Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series 2026/2027
The Cowdray Estate Run the Seasons series is a set of four seasonal trail races held on the Cowdray Estate near Midhurst, West Sussex. The series runs across 2026 and 2027 with events on 10 October 2026, 23 January 2027, 10 April 2027 and 25 June 2027. It is organised by Raw Energy Pursuits in partnership with Cowdray.
Race distances offered across the season include:
- 3 km kids races
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 10 mile
- CaniRun options for runners with dogs
Age categories are specified by distance: 3 km Kids Run 6–11 years, 5 km Junior Run 12–15 years, 5 km and 10 km 15 years and over, and 10 mile 18 years and over. Series overall winners for the 5 km and 10 km categories are decided by a points system with each competitor’s top three results counting toward the series. There is no series prize for the 10 mile races because those distances are held only in autumn and spring. Prizes will also be awarded for individual season races and for CaniRun categories. Series prizes include male and female series winners receiving a luxury hamper from Cowdray Farm Shop & Café.
