Clowbridge Trail 10k
Clowbridge Trail 10k is a new trail race held on Thursday 22 July 2027 around Clowbridge Reservoir and sections of the Pennine Bridleway. The course covers 10 km with approximately 175 m of total ascent and starts and finishes at Rossendale Valley Sailing Club, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 5PF.
The route is marked and marshalled. Spot prizes are planned at the Sailing Club after the event. Parking is available at the lower car park at the Sailing Club and at Limey Lane at the far end of the reservoir; entrants are asked to use local parking sensibly. Monies raised from the race will be donated to local causes.
Entries open on Sunday 27 September 2026 and close on Wednesday 21 July 2027. The minimum age to take part is 15 or older. The published entry fee is £10 and online entry is handled through SiEntries. The event is organised by Run JMC and carries the RunJMC ARC licence number 27/0071.
