Candlelighters Go Gold
Candlelighters Go Gold is a fun run held in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. The event takes place on a trail that circles Quidi Vidi Lake exactly once. This event is organized in support of the Candlelighters Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, an organization that provides support, education, and advocacy for families affected by childhood cancer within the province.
The run is capped at a total of 200 spots. Participants follow a route on the trail surrounding the lake. The event serves as a fundraiser with the specific goal of funding camp opportunities for children.
Registration for the event includes multiple tiers:
- Early Bird registration (available until August 22)
- Standard registration (from August 23 to September 23)
