About the race
Candlelighters Go Gold is a charity fun run held at Quidi Vidi Lake in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador on September 26, 2026. The event is organised in support of the Candlelighters Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, an organisation that provides support, education, encouragement, advocacy and hope to families affected by childhood cancer. The course consists of a single lap around Quidi Vidi Lake on the established trail.
