All routes are marked using trail flags and tags, A5 arrows, and signage. Marshals are positioned at major junctions to provide guidance and encouragement. The organiser supplies a GPX file for each race route so participants can check their line and self-navigate if necessary.

Support on course includes stocked aid stations. Results are chip timed and entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, and post-race goodies. A staffed event village offers food and drink options and complimentary items from partners at the finish.

An event t-shirt is available at more than 30% discount when purchased with an entry; the garment carries the event logo on the chest and is supplied via the organiser’s kit partner. The organiser notes a focus on sustainability and has been researching measures to reduce environmental impact at events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
