Bottlebutt Bash Trail Run : Port Macquarie, 7 March 2027
The Bottlebutt Bash Trail Run is a trail event held in Port Macquarie offering four measured distances. The event uses a 21.1 km full loop, with the longest option consisting of two laps of that loop. Shorter courses share the 21.1 km start before diverting onto different routes.
Event distances include:
- 42.2 km two laps of the 21.1 km loop
- 21.1 km single full loop
- 12 km starts like the 21.1 km then changes about 3 km in
- 7 km starts like the 21.1 km then changes about 4 km in
Support is provided on course and at a central race hub. Checkpoints offer water, electrolyte tablets, refill assistance, a self serve food station managed with food service PPE, and sanitation supplies. Waste systems are in place. A staffed medical tent is located at the finish hub. The finish area also includes beverage options for purchase and space for spectators.
Runners receive a finisher medal upon completing their chosen distance. The event publishes a pricing structure with early bird, standard, late, and check in late entry bands for each distance.
