Bonny Sosa Tuesday Night Race Series
The Bonny Sosa Tuesday Night Race Series is a weekly fall running series in Anchorage that marks its 58th year in 2026. Races take place on Tuesdays at preselected park or trail locations around the city. Routes vary by week and are set by Parks and Recreation staff and volunteers. Events are rarely canceled, even in rain, snow, sleet, hail, or wind.
Three separate league courses are offered each week:
- Munchkin League (1 - 3K): for children and kids at heart.
- Farm League (3 - 10K): for recreational runners.
- Lightning League (4 - 12K): for competitive runners.
A partial schedule lists specific dates and some locations in September and October, with Kincaid Park included on certain dates. Locations may change due to unforeseen circumstances and registrants are notified of updates.
Registration is available both online and on-site. Single-race fees are listed for kids and adults, and family pricing is available. Season pass options are offered for kids, adults, and families with specific prices for each category.
