Hit the Trails Family Fun Run
The event offers 2K and 5K distances on the trails next to Trailside Elementary School and Service High School at 5151 Abbott Road, Anchorage, AK 99507. Participants may run, jog, or walk; all ages are welcome but only humans may participate.
Distances:
- 2K - 1.24 miles
- 5K - 3.11 miles
Entry categories and fees are provided for adults (17+), youth (16 and under), and family entries. Standard fees listed are: adults $20 for 2K and 5K, youth $15, and family of five or more $70. Fees increase by $10 starting one week before the event and also change on October 4th as noted in the fees schedule.
Packet pick-up is organized at Trailside Elementary School on the days before and the morning of the event. Race bibs and ordered t-shirts are included with packet pick-up. T-shirt ordering has a deadline of Monday, September 12 to guarantee receipt by race day; organizers plan a limited extra shirt supply for purchase at packet pick-up on a first come, first served basis.
