BMF UTA Training 5-7 hours 20-34-43+km : Kings Tableland, New South Wales
This guided trail training run follows much of the Ultra Trail Australia (UTA) routes around Wentworth Falls and Kings Tableland, using the QV Loop with added sections to reach longer distances. The route includes Kedumba, Fern Bower, Leura Creek, Jamison Creek, the Helipad, Federal Pass, Leura Forest, Leura Stairs, Leura Cascades, Wentworth Falls, Hordern Road and Kings Tableland Road, with an option to bail out at Gordon Falls.

- Pace groups: three groups are offered with different speeds and options to change groups during the run.
- Gear and nutrition: participants are asked to carry UTA50/100 mandatory gear and a minimum of 2 litres of water; additional water drops will be provided. Bring enough fuel for 5 to 7 hours on foot.
- Age and licensing: minimum age is 16. The organiser holds a National Parks and Wildlife ECO PASS licence and public liability insurance for training inside the National Park.
- Course changes: the route may change due to UTA course adjustments, park or council closures, landslides, floods or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Fees: full course A$95, 20 km option A$85.
